I began cake decorating just for fun. I soon enrolled in classes and have since graduated from all three levels of Wilton cake decorating courses, frosting the gamut from basics to tiers. I'd be more than happy to show you my certificates as documentation; I am quite proud of them!

When it comes to cake decorating, I consider myself a "professional hobbyist." It is something I truly enjoy doing... but I'm also a perfectionist with an obsessive attention to detail (I have documentation to back that up, too).

These days, my cake profits are mostly spent on new pans & gadgets. I look forward to offering new sizes & recipes as my kitchen grows!
